1996, the B-3 Bonanza hosted by Eric Cohen has closed out
the jazz week on a very funky note. Airing Friday afternoons from 3-4pm, the
Bonanza
is a weekly showcase of some of the best Hammond B-3 organists
both past and present.
From
legends like Jimmy Smith, Richard "Groove" Holmes and
Brother Jack McDuff to some of today's premier players such as
Joey DeFranceso, Tony Monaco and the group Soulive, the Bonanza
offers up something for all fans of the organ.
