CNY Medical Institution Leaders on Changing "State of Health Care"

Loretto CEO Kim Townsend and St. Joseph's Hospital Vice President of  Ambulatory Care Mark Murphy joined WAER News Director Chris Bolt to discuss changes that are happening in how health care is delivered.  The extended conversation originally aired Thursday April 20th at 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.  

In the first segment of the program Townsend and Murphy describe what is now different in how a patient is cared for and what that means to each of their institutions.
