Lake Street Dive returns to Mountain Stage at the Clay Center this June.

Mountain Stage with Larry Groce, the long-running live-performance radio program from NPR Music and West Virginia Public Broadcasting, is pleased to announce that critically-acclaimed soul pop group Lake Street Dive will return to Mountain Stage on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at the Clay Center in Charleston.

Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 day of show, available today on theclaycenter.org, by phone at 304-561-3570 and in person at the Clay Center Box Office.

As NPR Music puts it, "The appeal of this band of New England Conservatory friends lies in their warmth in harmony and comfortably styled songs — sometimes tilting toward soul, often rocking danceably on a new collection of songs called Side Pony." Our audience has seen Lake Street Dive's evolution on our show from an alt-country jazz group in 2012 to (as you can see below) a pop-soul juggernaut in 2014.

More acts will be announced soon for this June 5 show.
