  The Syracuse Jazz Fest has been a staple of the music community in Central New York for 35 years.  It's featured the music of Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Kenny G, and so many more.

In anticipation of the 35 year anniversary of Jazz Fest, WAER presents the Jazz Fest 35 Podcast. Each week host Joe Lee sits with Founding Festival Director Frank Malfitano to discuss the history of the legendary festival. E ach Tuesday new episodes of this limited run podcast will be released online and heard on WAER 88.3 FM.
