Syracuse University Student musicians and singers will be warming up concertgoers before they attend the Paul McCartney concert with performances of their own on Saturday.

Songs from the Beatles and Sir Paul will be filling the air on the Syracuse University quad during "McCartney Madness" Saturday from 1:30 to 6:30 pm. 

The idea happened shortly after the concert was announced.  Co-Producer Andreya Cherry says the planning and logistics have continued over the summer.

As Ken Scott was in the infancy as a Music Recording Engineer, call it fate, his biggest break came by working with those Four Lads from Liverpool that would become the most influential group of all time.  So, the 50th Anniversary of the Beatles has him looking back in time at the group that forever changed his life at the ripe age of 16.
